Mail: How to make search only search body of emails?

On iPhone, how can I change the Mail search so that it only searches the body of emails - and doesn't bring up People/Subjects like it's now doing?!

Also, some contacts in my Mail have a 'New contact info found' at the top of their emails - how do I disable this? I've already turned off Contacts Found in Mail in settings!
