Mail: how to mark French language emails as spam

Since Christmas 2012 I have been plagued by spam emails in French to my @mac address. Is there a filter I can apply to allow through English language emails only?

Perhaps about 60% are already caught by Apple's junk trap, but many get through.

It would be easy if the "send" address ended in .fr but most don't.

Any suggestions?

Put spam@me.com in the "to" section
