About two weeks ago my picture on my email signature and any email coming in an going out our are showing up as postage stamp size on others email accounts PC or Mac as postage size jpg? Now have to click on them to preview, were as I did not have to do that before. As far as I know I did not change anything. Any ideas. Thanks.
Just a follow up on the email issue. Brought the MacBook Pro to the Apple store to have them check it out. Was asked to leave it for a hour with the Genius group, came back in a hour and was given the machine. Ask if they had corrected the problem and tech said "no" after he had to go into the back to find the answer. Started machine and the apple mail client and issue was still there(no issue with google mail). If I had not asked and figured they had fixed it I would have taken the 35 mile trip home an found out they did not do anything. Tech's suggestion was to completely rip the drive and re-install the os, This is the type of service I expected from the geek squad, now I owe the geek squad a apology.
