Just got my computer from mail in apple repair
(warranty) they replaced heatsink and the fan assembly. My computer is still getting ReALLY HOT and making a ticking noise after a while.
please look at this diagnostic. It has to be irregular I am not crazy. Should I send it in again or is this normal somehow?

Not sure why one fan shows 0 rpm. That's a bit odd, unless the machine only has one fan (13'' maybe?).

Can't you overheat your mac using this kind of software?
