I'm sending in my 4S for repair/replacement by filling out the Online Service and Repair form on Apple.com. They send me the box to send in my 4S. But the question I have is, do they send me a replacement phone at the same time they send the box? Or do I need to have another phone to activate on my line until I get the replacement?

usually you send the phone.. and they send a replacement. you can pay a $29.99 fee to get one first. one time on my ipad they sent me one first.. free.. but i had to give them my credit card # and they put a hold on it.
