I did a clean install of macOS Sierra and updated to 10.12.1. It seems mail does not correctly recognize if a email contains an attachment or not in the inbox. It basically put a paperclip icon to every email beside the sender's name in the preview windows. If I filter the mail to contain only mails with attachment, no mail shows up. The same filter works fine for the "Sent". I have tried to rebuild the inbox but that does not help. The attachment is actually in the email and I have no problem opening the attachment.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Do you have any tips? I will report this through the apple feedbacks form.
