Mail 'incoming messages' don't appear

Hi all,

I realise this has been asked before, but none of the suggestions I have found have worked.


I am downloading mail from my own website. I have been in touch with my web hosts and they assure me all is working fine their end.

In mail it says 'incoming' but I never actually receive the e-mails, i.e. they never show up. I know I have e-mail that needs to come through as I can see them in the online webmail. If I go to 'account info' there are load of emails from 'sender unknown'

Help!!
