I recently purchased a MacBook Pro, I have opened my mail accounts on the laptop, transferred all my mails but have an issue with "preferences".
When I click on mail preferences I get a pop up "account" but it remains blank. So I cannot set my signature, rules or anything else. I can receive mails and send mails from both my accounts. Can anyone shed some light on this. It is so frustrating having a new laptop but not being able to use it
