Just bought a slightly used MacBook Pro and can't get Mail to stop crashing! I have two accounts on it, one works fine and the other received a test email I sent from my iMac but isn't receiving subsequent emails (that are going to the same account on the iMac), and I'm unable to send because of the constant crashing. The account settings are correct because it got the test email.
When this first started happening, the error message indicated the problem might be with Growl software so I deleted that. There are no more error messages beyond "Mail closed unexpectedly . . . "
I am unable to delete the test email.
Any ideas?
Many, many thanks.
