Hi!

I have updated to Lion and I have a problem with Mail (which actually also sporadically happened in Snow Leopard).... often when an email contains an attachment is visualized like <see image below>.

I fixed it by deleting the messages in Library/Mail/IMAP.../folder_where_message_is and restarting Mail.

Since it happens quite often now, does anyone know how to fix this permanently?

Thanks!

Anyone faced the same problem?

I've tried to delete Mail's cache folder... not sure it helps... let's see........

Try Mailbox menu and then Rebuild.

Don't think there's a permanent fix....just looks like poor decoding of MIME content.

Unfortunately now instead I get this... emails with no sender/subject... an which should carry an attachment but they don't...

I have to login to Gmail to download the attachment...
Any idea?
