iPhone Mail - no more grouping notifications?

There should be a screen right before this one. How many email accounts do you have set up?
Just one. I'm getting to this screen via Settings > Notifications > Mail.
It's weird. Every other app has the option except Mail.
I’m getting there the same way but I have 4 accounts as you can see. First I get the screen I posted above with the Notification grouping option, then when I click on any one account, I get the same screen you posted. What happens if you go to Settings>Mail>Notifications?
Did you have the option before with only one account? It seems to be bypassing that screen for you so maybe it’s default now. Or try a hard reset.

Im also curious what happens if you add another account. Do you have another one to add for kicks and giggles to see if it works?
Settings > Mail > Notifications gets me to the same screen. As far as I remember I had the option enabled in iOS 12. Now it's annoying because all other notifications are grouped but I get emails between all of them.
What happens if you remove that account now? Or just block notifications for the other account so it doesn’t intrude.
Removing it took away the option. I guess I’ll have to use multiple accounts and silence one of them. Annoying glitch but not the end of the world.
Did it group your email notifications with the one account or were they all over the place? Wonder if it’s defaulted to automatic grouping.
I’m going to have to do some more testing. So far I’ve noticed they are grouped until my phone unlocks and then the preview expands and they ungroup.
