Mail not going to Trash when using 3D touch

When I get an email notification on my iPhone 7, I am using 3D touch to try and move the email to the Trash, but it doesn't work. The notification goes away, but when I go to Mail, the email is still in my Inbox showing unread. Anyone else have this issue?

I have made sure "Ask before deleting" is disabled, and it was.

EDIT: I have submitted a bug report. I am just curious if others have this problem too.
