Mail not opening?

Mail won't open up anymore. I click it, and it says "Mail" up in the bar at the top, but it won't actually show mail.

I press quit, it won't quit. I restart the computer, it only opens up, then when I hit "x" then try to open it again, it won't open?

Reinstall it. Google "Pacifist OS X" and use that with your install discs.
