Keep in mind I’m an older Mac user so on the lower end of ‘techy’ (in case I sound stupid). My email is thru my ISP (CenturyLink). Has worked just fine until I updated HS to 10.13.1. Worked fine when I first updated to HS but began the issue with the 10.13.1. Now my Mail app takes over a day later to receive emails. I see from other posts that several others have various problems with Mail and HS.
I guess no one can guess if Apple will fix this with another update! To reinstall A fresh install of High Sierra on my 2015 MBP, do I just click on Download HS in the App Store or do I need to go thru Utility?
