Mail not working with proxy auto-config set up

Hello,

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am at a new client and they use a pac file to do the auto-config of the proxy scripts. I added it to my network settings under Ethernet and I am golden to get to the internet but my mail in Mac Mail doesn't work for any of my mail accounts, IMAP and POP.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. The RSS feeds still work but I am dying without emails.
