Hello All,
Since 6 August 2012 2359 my partners iPad has ben unable to retrieve or display mail on any iDevice or the iCloud website. She can log into to all other iCloud services yet the mail app says Cannot retrieve mail or the username and password is incorrect but when she sets up and verifies the account on the mail set up all the boxes are ticked and the account verified.
We have restarted the device.
We have deleted the account and started from scratch.
We can use the other iCloud services such as Calender, find my iPhone, Contacts etc.
We have tried using a 3rd party mail app such as Mozilla Thunderbird to retrieve the mail and as such it doesnt work either.
Any ideas????
My lass has done nothing to the settings to warrant it not working from 2 days ago. It has just stopped functioning. Its driving her mad as she needs to access the mail!
