Mail on Tahoe? how do I check it?

I must be missing something incredibly simple. I cant find an actual button to refresh or 'check' my email?! Just to be clear, I know it auto 'checks' itself every minute or so, but my OCD requires me to check it basically constantly myself as I work. Tell me theres something I'm missing here?

If you don't see the "Get Mail" in the toolbar, right-click on the toolbar and customize it by adding the "Get Mail" action.

you could also go to view>customize toolbar, and add the 'get mail' button (but i do what @gymrat2k mentioned constantly)

THANK YOU. I realized what I used to do was just 'scroll-push' my inbox to the top and that would trigger it to check. but this new interface doesnt appear to allow that.
