Mail OPT doesn't autofill code !

hello
when I receive code SMS or Mail
OPT codes
autofill works fine.

But recently IOS 26, the Mail app if i receive e-mail with OPT code it doesn't autofill it! like it didn't recognised it
the Mail app + iCloud email ( apples )

any one notice this issue ?

Please help
