mail outbox

I was trying to send some emails and they wouldnt go through.They ended up in my outbox.I fixed the reason for them not going through but I cant figure out how to send them from the outbox.It doesnt offer me a send option.I am new to mac so any help would be appreciated.On windows I would just right click on the email I wanted to resend and click send I dont see that option here

I tried get mail it only receives new stuff it doesnt sent the old mail thats in outbox

Mail > Preferences > Accounts > Outgoing Mail Server (is this set properly?)

My mail server is set at none but I can send emails I just cant figure out how to manuely send them from outbox.I have it set to automaticly retry but I
cant do it.
