General Mail - Outlook Exchange - Sync particular folder only

Hi guys,

I have my exchange email setup to only sync 2 weeks worth of mail to save data. I need to find a particular email in one of my folders from ages ago.

Is there a way to sync only a particular mail folder so I can find the email without syncing all mail from every folder?

You can try to disable push and fetch for the account, enable more time for sync, and then go directly to the folder that you are interested in and no other folders. That should load more info in it going back further to the period you selected. Look at what you need and then change the settings back to what they were. This is more of a one time lookup of some email, not necessarily consistently keeping a particular folder with more stuff in it going back further than the rest.
