Mail & PGP/Smime ?

Hello,
I would like to use Smime security in my emails but I can't find it where to configure it in Mail app.

What about PGP ? Which is the best plugin from Mail to enable PGP security ?

Yes that's what I"ve also found for PGP. How about S/MIME ?
