Mail Problem. From header not in Mail List

A few days ago the "From Information Title" is missing from the In Box of my Mail List (Located on the left hand column)

Instead of having FROM xxxxx It just displays the first couple sentences, the date, of the received mail.

I used to be able to glance at the from title and find a message quickly, now I have to actually read the first few sentences of the line.

Hope I explained this clearly.

Any information is appreciated.

-I have tried rebuilding and played with the drop down arrow at the top of the column, and messed with the preferences, but so far nada.

If you're talking about the From column (as in From, To, Subject, Date Received, etc.), just right-click on the column heading bar and add it. If that's not what you're talking about, take a screen shot and post it.
