Mail Problem - Showing up on iPhone, and Me.com but not iMac

Anyone else having this problem? Mail is coming through on to my iPhone just fine. However, it is not coming through to my iMac. Even pressing the "Get Mail" but doesn't get mail on my iMac. I checked me.com and the mail is there as well.

Any advice?
