I just moved to Tokyo from Hawaii and when I hooked my Mac over here in the land of the rising sun, I noticed that when I recieved mail it's still on Hawaii time. I changed my date and time in the System Preferences but my mail date still doesn't change....

Aren't incoming mail time-stamps directed by the mail server? Maybe you need to change your regional settings with your service provider....
