Mail Problems

Help, i would really like to get hotmail to work on mail. i did a search on this forum and was directed to a download called "httpmail_panther_1.42" which add a field like .mac account. Any way's i then entered my details and connected where i got

Connection Failed

Could not connect to 'Alex's Account'
Access to Hotmail via Outlook and Outlook Express now requires a subscription. Please sign up at http://upgrade.msn.com

Please help as this has been bugging me for a while, and if you know another method feel free to add it. Thanks in advance

BTW i don't want the Premium version

Hotmail stopped you being able to access hotmail accounts in mail clients without paying a subscription...but, I *think* there is an updated version of httpmail that has got round this.
