Mail - processor hog

I just reinstalled 10.4.8 then immediately upgraded to 10.4.9. I setup my Mail with my Exchange account for work. Within 5 seconds of opening Mail, the jumps to 100% processor usage.

Any ideas? Should I let it run for a while?

UPDATE: Sorry for the needless post. I just discovered and utilized the "Activity Viewer" and discovered it is just syncing all the public folders.
