Mail program - auto reply include original

I hope someone out there can help me. I'm looking to have the ability to set up an auto responder that will reply to any new email received with an html email that includes the original sender's email. Mac Mail will do this, however it's plain inline un formatted text that looks horrible. I've also tried Outlook 2011 and Thunderbird as well as Gmail.
