Is there anyway to delete all the saved addresses in osx mail?? I don't mean address book addresses, just the random auto-saved entires

Sorta along those same lines, is there any way to remove unwanted usernames from fields in Firefox? For example, if someone else uses my computer to check their gmail, FF keeps their username in the field too. I still want to have mine there but remove the others. Anyone know how to do this? Hope that makes sense...
