Is their anyway to have 2 different users use the same mail file.

I would like my wife to use the same file/pop server settings on her user account!

Um-m-m-m, no you don't. Establish separate user accounts for you and your wife. You may still access the same email account with your ISP from your separate user accounts. If the email account is a POP3 account, then you will not be able to erase the messages from your server until both users have accessed them.
