Mail Recipient Group

This may have come up before but I tried Search but got nothing.
Can I set up a group of mail recipients that I can just click on to send them an email rather than having to type in their email addresses every time? I used to be able to do this in MS Mail.

Make a group an Address Book. Then in the e-mail, you only have to type the name of the group, not every individual address.
