Mail Reply to address different from Send From address

I recently had an odd thing happen with Mail. I send an email and careful choose which of my addresses for it to appear to be sent from [Address A]. If I look in my Sent Mail folder, the sent from address is correct [Address A]. But, then I'll get a reply that goes to one of my other email addresses [Address B], and when I check the reply to see which address I sent it from, it doesn't show the correct original sent from address [Address A] and instead shows a different address [Address B]. Anyone else having this problem or know how to correct it?
