mail rss feeds ? show in inbox ?

so i added all these feeds to my mail and i want them to show in my inbox. checked them all. but most of them will add all the posts to my inbox. I want it to be only the most recent posts that show up in my inbox. how can i do that.

Delete the older ones once you've read them.

The closest to what you want to do, can be done from the Mail settings pane:
Mail->Preferences->RSS
and at the bottom there is an option called "Remove articles". From that list you can select
- After one day
- After one week
- After two weeks
etc.

i just dont want my inbox filled with old stuff.

i deleted all the old stuff but it will come back in the inbox.
