Mail Search Underinclusive — Index Problem

Hi all. My Mail app appears to be running underinclusive searches, possibly due to an indexing problem. For example, when I run a search for emails from a particular email address within all mailboxes, I get 0 results. But I can manually find those emails or search for them via Spotlight. Is there a way to reindex?
