Mail shows 1 new msg but there is not one.

I've heard of this happening but I can't find a fix or explanation.

I've checked all my inbox messages and none of them are new yet the icon on the dock shows there being 1 new message all the time.

I updated to 2.2 last week. This started yesterday.

Hi,

I had this problem as well - somehow (and I still havent quite figured out the "why" yet) it had my gmail account in there two times.

On your iphone, see if you have multiple email accounts set up. Go to your settings and the email accounts. Under accounts, do you see your account listed twice? If so go ahead and delete one of them. Also do this in itunes on your computer. That should fix it, or at least it did for me...
