mail signature img/link madness..

10.14.4 beta issue?

i have several images as email signatures, with embedded links. that's always worked. but today, someone said the image in his email did not link to anything. i checked, and it was true.

so... i've been trying to redo this one all morning. i redo it, rename it.reboot. same process as always, but... nothing works. i've tried changing the file type (png>jpeg). i cannot get a link imbedded in this image.

anyone else? any suggestions? i even tried replacing the user>library>mail>v6>signatures folder. still no.

EDIT: nothing i do will embed a link (even tho it 'shows' as working when i 'add link'). ugh!

same here, I have been using hyperlinked social media icons on my email signature, and none of them work whatsoever. I can add the link but the link won't save as soon as I either close the pref screen or get out of the signature screen. Have you found a solution to this?

i haven't tried to do this again, after restoring my previous sigs. might try again (and if so, will post results). anyone else?
