Mail Smart Box does not receive

Restored a SSD hard drive, from a original drive in my iMac, everything restored, except smart mailboxes on my new hard drive are not showing info that was on my older drive, but the configs for each mailbox has the same info that was on my old to receive. It will not download any of the emails. What should I do??
