I am trying to convert my office from Windows to Mac. I use Outlook 2010. I have a plugin for Outlook called SimplyFile. When I send an email SimplyFile prompts me to pick a folder into which to file the email. Within Outlook in my favorites folder, I have a folder for each matter I am working on. When I open an email that someone sent me, SimplyFile "guess" what file it should go in and I can either click and accept that quess or browse for the correct folder. This application has cut down TREMENDOUSLY on the time to sort email.

I have searched for a similar application/plugin for either the Mac version of Outlook 2011 or something that works with the Apple mail program but have not seen anything.

I realize that rules are available but they do not work for what I am doing.

Thanks

I use it for  mail, and it works awesome.

Here Mailhub

This should be perfect for needs. Been using it for about 3 years now.

thanks

Thanks for the suggestion. I took a quick look at MailHub and indeed it does look just like what I am looking for. You saved me many hours of searching.
Thanks
