Mail Stationery Problem

Hello, about a month ago i created a custom stationery at work to send to clients in Mail, I did a test sending it to myself at my gmail account and i was able to see it perfectly both on Mail and on Safari and colleagues were able to see it too on their gmail accounts, but when i send it to a hotmail account it cannot be viewed, it appears as an attachment. Is there anything i can do?
