Mail Stationery

Been using Mail for years but never had any use for Stationery. Now I need to use it for a project but can't figure out one issue:
I have an email account setup that I want to always use a particular custom stationery (for just this account). But I absolutely cannot find any setting in the preferences to do so.

Seems silly that this is not an option am I missing the obvious or is it actually just "silly"? If it can't be done with Mail, does anyone know of an applescript available for this purpose?

clarification

I meant to say that by "always" any time I use this account the Stationery is already selected. In the same way that the Signature can be pre-selected / associated with any given account.
