Any suggestions of how to reduce that? i have already put the 'do not download attachments', but these I think are older attachments.

I want to delete the local copies but not delete them on the gmail server.

Cleanmymac is 40 dollars. A bit much just for a single use. Any suggestions?

If I spend the 40 dollars, will Cleanmymac do what I want? Delete stuff on my mac without deleting on the server?

Well, went and deleted my Google account, and re added it, with the 'none' option to attachments. Recovered 22GB
