I'm gmail you can fetch (pop3) and send mail from another domain too. However, if you add the gmail account via gmail or exchange to the iPhone you can only send mail with the default account. Anyone know how to send mail from one of the other accounts?

i have gmail over exchange and some other over imap. just click 2 times on your gmail adress, when creating a new message and you can select your outgoing adress.

Can you set one of these secondary addresses as the default?

Settings -> Mail -> Default Account. Then choose your account. Done!

I think it s a bit more complex than that. The Exhance/gMail Google Apps account has multiple (in my case 4 accounts) tied to it.

What I want is freedom to choose which one to send from and set one of them (not the main gMail one) as the primary outgoing one.
