MAIL won't allow multiple Apple mail accounts

I've got 3 Apple mail accounts:
1 AppleID@gmail.com which I use to log into my Mac
2 work@iCloud.com for work
3 perosnal@me.com for personal

only my AppleID@gmail.com account works on my 2017 MBP Big Sur. I have ⚠️ next to the other two and they work respond to rebuilding or synching or taking online.

they all work fine on my iPhone and on mu MBP when I boot up in Mojave.

any suggestions?

ok..so I have somehow both the @icloud and @me accounts together and the @icloud is listed at an alias under the appleid@gmail account, but the @me account is not verified as an alias..

so confusing
