Mail won't open web links w/ Firefox

I've always had Firefox as default browser, worked fine. Just recently Apple Mail won't open web links in emails when clicked -- "no associated application."

If i change default browser to Safari, links open w/ Safari. If i switch back to Firefox, it gives the error again.

Any ideas how to fix? Haven't found this problem on Apple or Firefox support forums.

OSX 10.6.8, Firefox 14.0.1

repair them permissions, son

I forgot about good ol Repair Permissions. Disk Utility did its thing, and now i got Firefox-openable links in Mail again.
