.Mail won't send out to mailing lists...

I'm trying to send out a newsletter to a mailing list (about 300 addresses) and mail won't send it. It will go through if I only send to one person.

Also, I cannot seem to be able to set up my exchange account in mail... I'm using entourage and mail, but only want one to handle all my accounts... all that is left is the exchange account and the calendars that come with it. HELP!
