Mail won't send over WiFi

Got a strange problem with Mail on my MBP, it will send over ethernet but not WiFi. This started happening about a month ago.

I've tried telneting to my mailserver and sending that way and it works so I know its not a network issue, also my iMac has the same account settings and that works over WiFi.

Any ideas?
