Unfortunately, if you have the free Yahoo Mail, you can't.
Yahoo doesn't allow client use unless you pony up $20 per year.
After facing a similar situation, I decided to just open up a Gmail account and change as many accounts as I could remember.
I still haven't figured out an easy way to bulk forward my stored messages into my gmail account though, so maybe someone else can help you (and me) with that.

When I was searching for a solution, I came across that, but the problem with it is that you can only receive email; you can't send out.
