Mailbox folders and syncing with iPhone/iMac

Guys.

I created a few folders on my iPhone to organise my mailbox (iCloud @me account) but when I'm on my iMac I cannot see those folders. Similarly when I create a smart mailbox on my iMac I cannot see this on my iPhone.

Is there a way to use folders across both devices?
