Hi everyone...

I recently switched from Entourage to Mail on my iMac. But I can't find anywhere in Mail to tell it to delete the messages off my server.

So when i download, read, and delete my messages from my iMac (apparently, someone thinks I need a bigger pen15, since I get alot of those emails), they stay on my server until the thing fills up and then incoming mail gets rejected.

Am I missing a setting somewhere to tell Mail to delete messages from my server when I delete them from my iMac?

(Leopard should be here tomorrow, so maybe that will fix it)

Anyone??

Assuming you are talking about a POP server.

Mail->Preferences->Accounts->Advanced

Remove copy from server after retrieving message: when moved from Inbox

Thanks. I don't know why i didn't see that before!!! :p

It;s all fixed and working great. I wanted to get it working correctly BEFORE I switch to Leopard, just in case something goes wrong, I'll know where to look!
