Main and secondary display randomly swapping places?

I've had this happen on a regular basis now.

My set up is a Studio Max, Studio Display and Samsung QNeo via HDMI.

At random times I have one of two things happen.

1: My screen will go blank, only the desktop and no windows. When I use Mission Control I see the desktop name as what's on the TV.

2: Other times a random screen from the TV will just pop up on the ASD.

I think it happens when the TV is switched off, but am not 100% certain it's only then.

It's a Monterey thing. It's so colourful, modern, semitransparent and dynamic, it's pouring out of its ears.
