Maintain music on iPhone after switch from PC to Mac

I have recently bought a Macbook Pro. I already have an iPhone 4 for quite a while and in the past I maintained my music for iPhone on PC manually.

I want to use my Mac as primary computer and that means controlling everything from my Macbook.

How can I put more music manually on my iPhone WITHOUT deleting my complete library and without using my PC every time?
